After interviewing several realtors, I made the decision to list my home in South Lake Tahoe with Deb and Bret Howard.
I could not be happier with my choice! My house was about 30 years old and had been a vacation rental for the past 6+ years. So, I wanted to do some renovations before listing the property, which I figured would be challenging given I live 4 hours away. Fortunately for me, I was able to completely lean on Deb and Bret to oversee the pre-sale renovations. They found the right trades people and all I had to do was pay their bills. After one month, the kitchen was remodeled, new flooring was put in, the house was painted, and all of the needed repairs were made. The house looked so much better within a short period of time! I was also very pleased with all of the advice I received from Deb and Bret. Their experience and strategy resulted in a great offer 1.5 weeks after listing and we closed escrow less than 2 weeks after that.
